Birgit Ketele operated for over a decade as a freelancer in the non for profit and profit part of the event industry, from more hands-on productional projects to marketing and sales. In more recent times, her interest got sparked by how digital marketing and data in general can be used to reach out to the right audience and in particular how to attain a 360° profile of a customer.

In January 2019, Birgit started as Marketing Data Analyst for the Belgian venue operator be•at. Since January 2020 she overviews the marketing, communications and tech team. Together with 13 experts, Birgit is responsible for the internal communication and on- and offline.
