Laura Chiplin is the Head of Events and Visitor Attractions at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club. She is responsible for driving and delivering revenue streams outside of football and supporting the Club’s wider aims to create a sport and leisure destination in Tottenham, with its stadium home to a range of major events – including concerts, rugby and boxing – alongside a range of visitor attractions open throughout the year.
Since joining the Club in 2018, Laura has created and delivered three attraction offerings, Stadium Tours, The Dare Skywalk and The Dare Skywalk Edge, driving hundreds of thousands of visitors to the stadium on non-match days and is part of the senior team developing new experiences. More recently she is leading on Third Party Events and was part of the team that delivered the Lady Gaga and Guns N Roses concerts during Summer '22 and is now working to put Tottenham Hotspur Stadium at the forefront of the touring calendar.

Before joining Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, Laura was Head of Visitor Operations at the V&A Museum, where she led the transformation of the onsite experience through a period of expansion and growth and before that she spent 9 years at the Barbican Centre, responsible for the audience experience across a multi venue operation.
