Nick Lekos is Global Director of Sales for Spring USA. 

For over 18 years, Nick has been working with Stadium Operators, Architects, and Designers on foodservice equipment solutions that provide flexibility with revenue generating capability.

We are the innovators and inventors of the Induction buffet system and the entire idea of placing a foodservice vessel on top of an induction range was developed by Spring USA, in 1992.

The system is installed in London’s, O2 Arena back in 2012 and last year in New York’s UBS Hockey Arena.
